The interior remodel of this house consisted of removing the walls dividing the main floor, raising the floor in the living room to match the rest of the level, and designing a custom railing and fireplace. The project went through many iterations lead by the client that I was tasked with managing, modeling, and documenting. I measured the existing building and created the revit model from my measurements and historic drawings from the city.
