The entire site was scraped to make room for a new house and garage. We worked closely with the client to design the charming cottage of their dreams. I worked as the project manager directly under the principle architect from the initial meeting to construction documentation. I set up and lead meetings with the client, coordinated with the contractor, engineers, and city officials, modeled the sketchup and revit models, and created documentation for all stages of the project.
